So I’ve been thinking about starting a blog for awhile now.
Why you ask? Well because I love to bake, love to eat, love to travel and eat too!
I’ve recently returned from a trip to Georgia and South Carolina where I ate at some amazing restaurants. I ate grits for the first time! Mind you they were cheesy grits topped with shrimp but they were grits nonetheless! I also had the most amazing amuse-bouche in Charleston. A vegetarian pea soup drizzled with molasses which gave the soup a smoky flavour! Yummy!
